bgd7 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

By accessing bgd7.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on any bgd7 product — including live casino, sports betting, slots and crash games — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the bgd7 platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bgd7 and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to your use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are available on the bgd7 website at all times. bgd7 recommends that you save or print a copy for your records. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional terms published on the bgd7 platform, the promotional terms shall take precedence in relation to the specific promotion only.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the bgd7 platform. bgd7 strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years old or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction. bgd7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an account pending verification if there is reasonable suspicion that the registered player is under 21 years of age.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active bgd7 account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, IP address or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within those accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must notify bgd7 support immediately at [email protected].

Registration Requirements

To register a bgd7 account you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address where required. You must keep your registration information up to date. bgd7 may at any time request documentation to verify the information you have provided — including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the period specified by bgd7 may result in your account being suspended.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgd7 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bgd7 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your bgd7 account, you must notify bgd7 support immediately. bgd7 recommends using a unique password for your bgd7 account that is not used on any other website or service.

KYC Verification

bgd7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing a withdrawal — and at any other time bgd7 deems necessary — you may be required to submit identity verification documents. These may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of your registered payment method. KYC verification is a standard industry procedure designed to prevent fraud, money laundering and underage gambling. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

Deposits

bgd7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your bgd7 account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. bgd7 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility. bgd7 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bgd7 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. bgd7 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply their standard fees. Players must ensure that their account KYC verification is complete before submitting a withdrawal request.

Currency

All transactions on the bgd7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bgd7 does not currently support foreign currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions. All displayed balances, bet amounts, bonus values and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT and shown using the ৳ symbol. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs that may be imposed by their bank or payment provider outside of the bgd7 platform.

Welcome Bonus

New bgd7 players who make their first deposit of ৳200 or more are eligible to receive a 100% match welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to your account on first deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player. Players who have previously held a bgd7 account under any name, mobile number or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account.

Wagering Requirements

All bgd7 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms for that bonus and displayed in your bgd7 account. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money stakes; free spins may or may not contribute to wagering requirements as stated in individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

bgd7 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has abused the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using betting strategies or stake patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements, and providing false registration information to qualify for a promotion. bgd7's determination in all bonus abuse matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgd7 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation: (a) using software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to interact with the bgd7 platform in any way; (b) attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain; (c) colluding with other players or with bgd7 staff to influence the outcome of any game or bet; (d) using the bgd7 platform in connection with any fraudulent, criminal or unlawful activity; (e) making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name; (f) making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the platform.

bgd7 reserves the right to investigate all suspected cases of prohibited conduct. During any investigation, bgd7 may freeze the affected account, withhold any pending withdrawals and retain all relevant account data pending the outcome of the investigation. Where bgd7 concludes that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may void all bets placed during the relevant period, forfeit all balances in the account, close the account permanently, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

bgd7 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected prohibited conduct as described in Section 6, or at bgd7's sole discretion where it determines that maintaining the account is not in the interests of the platform or its players. bgd7 will provide notice of account closure where it is able to do so, except in cases involving suspected fraud or criminal activity where notice may be withheld pending investigation.

Where a player wishes to close their bgd7 account voluntarily, they may do so by contacting bgd7 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of voluntary closure. bgd7 recommends that players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons review the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings before submitting a closure request.

All content on the bgd7 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game content, graphics, text, design elements, trademarks and brand materials — is the exclusive property of bgd7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bgd7 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, broadcast, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any bgd7 content without the prior written consent of bgd7. Any unauthorised use of bgd7 content may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgd7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bgd7 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. bgd7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgd7 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions. bgd7 makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any game content, odds, statistics or other information displayed on the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game, bgd7 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the relevant stakes to the players involved. bgd7's decision in all technical malfunction disputes is final.

bgd7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. bgd7 provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and self-exclusion options. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the jurisdiction in which bgd7 is registered. bgd7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any player dispute informally in the first instance. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to a binding arbitration process in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. All disputes must be notified to bgd7 in writing via [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute, after which bgd7 reserves the right to decline to consider late claims.
